To be eligible to exchange your merchandise or receive store credit customer must notify us within 5 days of receiving your order. After the 5th day, the item(s) will be considered as final sale. Please note: store credit is based on the total price of the return, and does not include shipping fees.
The garment(s) must be unworn, unwashed and in the original packaging.
Accessories are final sale.
Return shipping is at the customers expense.
Customers are strongly encouraged to obtain proof of postage for returned items. We are not responsible for lost or damaged items.
Online store credit will be immediately issued once the returned item has been received.
